bates nut farm


bates nut farm in valley center has the largest pumpkin patch in san diego county.  this past weekend we took Saraya there to pick out our pumpkins and check out the art fair.  there was also a petting zoo, food trucks, live music, horse carriage rides, tractor rides and more.  traffic was a bit ridiculous but once we got inside, the crowd wasn't bad at all.

    Love all the pics! Selah and Arianna had a field trip there last week and Mr. Bates was driving the tractor for the hay ride. It's cool knowing that it is still an actual family-owned business and they are making it work, even in this economy.
