in our family's second annual turkey trot, i ran the 5K in 32 minutes! that is a personal best since i started participating in 5Ks last year. i'm pretty pleased! Justin and Saraya finished in an equally impressive time of 37 minutes and 54 seconds. he worked hard running with that stroller! this year over 8,000 people participated in the event and raised over $30,000 for local schools.
i hope you too were able to work off a little of the thanksgiving weekend treats and that you had a great time celebrating the holiday. can you believe it will be DECEMBER this week?! i think we'd better plan another 5K in preparation for the christmas feast...
