i'm glad i decided to include shorts in this challenge. even though our "winter" has included a few cold days, there have been some very sunny days as well. i got this necklace at a little boutique in downtown encinitas but i found a DIY tutorial that i'd really like to try!
Love the feminine ruffles. The blouse is beautiful and certainly works with shorts.
